Backorders

All orders will be handled promptly. If we cannot ship your order within 72 hours you will notified.

Shipping

There is no charge for standard shipping and handling for orders over $100.00. You may request overnight shipping at an additional cost.

Insurance

You may optionally order shipping insurance for a charge of $15. We recommend that you not ship any product without proper insurance.

Tax

Orders shipped to Rhode Island will include 7% state tax.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, it can be returned within 30 days. All items returned should be in good condition, accompanied by original packaging and original receipt. Please call or email for authorization before returning item.

Security

We value your business with us and are very careful with all payment information. We handle all payments offline. After processing all orders offline we carefully destroy all credit card information and personal information so it will not be tampered with. We will not sell, rent or give this information away to any 3rd parties.
